Do I Have To Pay My Student Loans?

On July 1, 2009, a new program starts basing student loan repayments on income.

Bankruptcy is a last resort, you should always see what you can get short of bankruptcy.

Unless you can prove paying the student loan would be an undue hardship, you cannot get rid of, or discharge, student loans in bankruptcy.
