About 6 months after promising to release the details on his VIP mortgages obtained after calling Countrywide Chairman Angelo Mozilla personally, Dodd has lined his ducks up in a row.
At what must be great personal sacrifice, he is re-financing, now that rates have fallen, to pay off the Countrywide mortgages on his Connecticut and DC area homes.
As if that removes the stink of the initial deals.
Have not googled this, but my recollection is Dodd claimed he did not think he was getting any different of a deal than the general public could get.
Given how out of touch our politicians are, that could be a true statement.
Just to make sure he does not step in it this time, he is hiring a third party to negotiate the new mortgages.
Just like you and I do.

I do agree with all of the ideas you have presented in your post. They are really convincing and will certainly work. Still, the posts are too short for beginners. Could you please extend them a little from next time? Thanks for the post.
